| | These photo albums have clear pockets that you slip your photo into. You can slip photos in on both sides, so each pocket will carry 2 photos back-to-back. The pocket is a set size, and will only take photos up to that size. The photo is held in place by being in the pocket, so no additional means of securing the photo is required.
| | | | | | | The traditional photo album has flat pages, usually either in black or white, and will require additional means of holding the photo in place. Normally this is done by using either photo corners or photo mounts. Both are self-Adhesive, and photo corners hold the photo in place at each corner. Photo mounts are placed on the back of the photo and act like double-sided tape. You can also use photo tape to stick the photo down in the album. | | | | | Zoom
| | Also known as "peel-back" photo album. These have flat pages with a clear peel-back cover that allows you to position the photo in place on the page and then you simply smooth the cover back over the page. This holds the photo in place and allows you to adjust the photo or change them if you want to. |
