Term	Definition
Bevel	Cutting or shaping the edge or end of a material to form an angle that is not a right angle, such as the bevel cut on the window edge of a mat.

Beveled edge	A 45-degree cut at the inside edge of a mat board window.

Border	The margins of a scrapbook page. Usually spoken of in terms of decoration.
