Creating your Photo Album: Hints and Tips

Useful guidelines to help you present your photos in albums...

Who hasn’t had a shoebox or a drawer full of photographs at one point or another? Who hasn’t felt guilty of storing pictures incorrectly? Putting a little more thought and order into your photos can help you enhance those special moments and save your pictures from a lifeless existence.

Let’s get started...

The first thing to do is to select the type and format of your album
Our offer is structured around 3 photo-friendly product families   :

  • Slip-in pocket albums (for easy and rapid storage)
  • Traditional card page albums (for  fuss-free filing)
  • Self-Adhesive sheet albums (for a rapid and free filing)

The second thing to do is to go through your photos and arrange them in a chronological or thematic order.
If you decide to arrange them by subjects, you’ll have the opportunity to choose among our large selection of thematic albums (wedding, birth, children, travel, etc.).

Once you have selected your photo album, you can place your pictures on the pages or slip them into the pockets (depending on the album).

As you go through the photo album, add captions to make an attractive Layout and preserve information that would otherwise be lost. Make sure to identify at least the origin, date, names, places or any important information, directly on the page (for traditional card page albums) or in the margin (for the slip-in pocket albums).

These tips will ensure you that your pictures are safely stored from dust and damage from then on, and help you enjoy and share these memories with your relatives and friends.
